I can’t say enough about how sweet, and caring the team is. We unfortunately lost our family dog a few weeks ago, and contacted Cardinal for the first time to see if they offered cremation services.
Not only did they assist, but they greeted us at the entrance, gave us the opportunity to say one last goodbye, and then were so sweet to send our family a sympathy card.
Then, when the cremation process was complete, they not only provided the ashes in a nice, sealed cedar box w/ a plague of our dog’s name, but included a framed pawprint in plaster.
So sweet, and heartwarming.
My experience at this place was excellent. My puppy got diagnosed with Parvo Virus 2 days after we got him. They made sure that he was given everything necessary in order to fight the virus, they were so helpful, patient and gave very knowledgeable information. This hospital, Vet and the staff are absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for helping Sawyer!!! I am more than grateful.
My mom brought my cat, Mindy, here on Sunday night due to a medical emergency. I live out of town so I was unable to be there with her. Mindy was my first pet and I’ve had her for almost 14 years so it was devastating not to be able to be there with her. My mom rushed my cat after her health suddenly deteriorated. She told me that she got lost on the way there but someone stayed with her on the phone and guided her to the location. She said the vet was super thorough and helpful. My mom had to make the difficult decision to put my cat down and they were there with her through the whole process. I called the day after to ask for clarification on what happened. One of the vet techs explained the situation and also told me about the cremation process.
I’m really impressed with the private cremation and how the ashes will be in a wooden urn with a clay paw print of my cat and also a plaque with her name on it. I plan on keeping that forever. Thank you to all the staff for making this as easy as possible on myself and my mother.
My family is so grateful. The entire staff was very professional and well-trained. The lead Doctor we saw had an amazing bed-side manner – truly caring for our pet and our position at the most difficult and challenging of times. She did a very thorough exam, completed images and scans, then provided several options to us in order to treat our pet. Highly recommend these folks for your emergency vet needs.
